Who doesn’t love a good pico de gallo recipe? Especially one that’s easy peasy + delicious!
A couple things about me:
1) I LOVE cooking!
2) Mexican food is my FAVORITE!
3) I love spicy food and put hot sauce on everything!
So it makes perfect sense that every time my husband and I invite our friends over, I make my favorite salsa: Pico De Gallo!
When I was little, my dad and I would go visit our family in Southern California… which typically fell on the fourth of July. A family tradition we had was making fresh salsa with my Aunt Rosanne. We would spend hours laughing and catching in my Grandmas kitchen. We would all come together about once a year; I lived in Washington, my dad lived in Pennsylvania, and all his family in California… With out a question, making salsa was our first family activity to do together š
