D’orsay flats say what? I just spent 10 minutes trying to read the word d’orsay. I don’t know if you have noticed, I’m kind of obsessed with all d’orsay styles right now. These spiced up flats are a mix between our summer sandals, pointy-toe heels, and ballet slippers. I currently own 7 different pairs of d’orsay flats and have not had to break in a single pair. This is very unusual for my feet and flats. D’orsay flats are a teacher wardrobe essential for a couple different reasons.

Style Versatility
I’m typically not a fan of wearing flats with dresses or skirts. At least on me, I look 10 years older and 3 inches shorter. Due to the pointy-toe, d’orsay flats look awesome with any style of dress or skirt. I’ve dressed up my d’orsay’s in everything but jean shorts! Before D’orsay, if I didn’t feel like wearing wedges, heels, or booties, I wouldn’t wear a dress. Now I don’t have to worry about my 5’1 legs looking any shorter.

Full Toe Coverage = Comfort
D’orsay flats are full-toe-bodied, alleviating 50% of flat discomfort. Buying a new pair of flats is one stressful fashion decision. Will I get blisters? Will the throat of the flat scrape the top of my feet? Due to the design, our dorsal (top of our feet) avoids any major pain inducing situations.

Mix-and-match Designs
D’orsay flats are like a two-piece bikini. The sole holds the top and the bottom together. This means, d’orsay flats are designs in a variety of different patterns, shades, and color combinations. The three pairs I wear most often are: my snake skin and taupe, flamingo print and black, and coral and beige.
